Josh Holley (Pictured on Right) Josh takes the time to understand every student, adjusting his approach to support their unique learning styles and challenges. His commitment to student success goes beyond the classroom, making lasting improvements in their lives and contributing to the overall strength of our RRSEC community.  Josh’s impact is evident not only in his direct work with students but also in the way he supports his colleagues. His dedication to the mission of RRSEC and his willingness to go above and beyond make him truly deserving of this award!
Trailblazer Award (as nominated by peers, this is awarded to employees with five or fewer years in the field of education or within the first five years of employment at RRSEC)
Emily Bhattarai (Pictured on Left) Emily always makes you feel heard and that your opinions and concerns matter. She is such a crucial part of our team and really has made a difference at our program. She is always working on new ways to help us out with behaviors for our students. She encourages us as staff when we are doing well and has a positivity that is infectious! When we are struggling she has a way of helping us to understand the situation on a different level and to help us work through what is going on. She really cares about all of the students and the staff that she works with and it shows. We are a better school because of her!
